Course Description: This presentation will review the barriers to dental care for the disabled population. The events surrounding the development of a novel program to increase access to care for this truly underserved population will be discussed. The specifics of the benefit plan, the rationale for the procedures and the remuneration procedures for providers are introduced. Course Objectives: 1.
