This years meeting will be held at MAHEC which is in walking distance to SAID attendee's hotel accommodations at the Hampton Inn.
MAHEC is located at:

Asheville, NC 28803.
As mentioned, the MAHEC is walking distance from the hotel but there will also be shuttle service that runs from the meeting building to the hotel.

During Candlelight Christmas Evenings, Biltmore House greets you with the soft glow of luminaries and twinkling lights on a towering Norway spruce on the Front Lawn. Inside, candlelight, firelight, and holiday lights reflect on thousands of ornaments decorating dozens of Christmas trees throughout the grand rooms. Live performances of traditional Christmas music add to your evening visit.
