Important: Proposed Changes to Special Advocates in Dentistry's Constitution

We've undertaken a review of Special Care Advocates in Dentistry's Constitution and we're proposing important updates. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that our organization remains aligned with current needs and practices, these changes have been carefully considered by the Board.

 

What's Happening?

 

We will be holding a virtual business meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 12:30p - 2:00p CT, where all active members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed revisions to our constitution. This is your chance to contribute directly to the evolution of our organization.

 

Why is This Important?

 

Your input is crucial in shaping the future of Special Care Advocates in Dentistry. As a member, you have the right to review the proposed changes and suggest any further modifications before the vote. This is your voice in how we move forward together.

 

What You Need To Do:

 

1. Review the Proposed Changes - the current and proposed versions of the constitutions are available below for your convenience.

2. Attend the Virtual Meeting - Join us on September 18th at 12:30pm CT to cast your vote. Instructions for logging into the virtual meeting will be sent to active members closer to the date.​
